Pete has been collaborating to create this exciting project with SCO CONNECT and led by musical direction from the legend that is Paul Griffiths from the Guildhall School of Music London and pioneering projects such as Improbabilities in London.
A pioneering creative project since 2012 I had the honour of being involved in more than 20 VIBE Band Projects, personally In charge of the rhythm section (its everyones job in the 45 piece fusion ensemble to keep time though!) working with young talented drummers and percussionists from Edinburgh conjuring up new music together over 4 days each time with fellow collaborators/players Double Bass player Emma Smith, Cellists Su-a Lee and Clea Friend, Violinist Aisling O'Dea, Clarinetist Peter Furniss, Trumpter Peter Franks, and Paul Griffiths on Guitar.
These 4-day projects culminate in performances of original music based on the spirit and creative process of improvisation.
